I can't call this progress since we did less than even basic maintenance, BUT our house is getting there and once we move in we'll be able to start fixing things up! We'd also love advice about tiling our upcoming raised concrete patio. I'm pretty sure we can do it ourselves. Bonus yard newsone of our trees started growing some surprise fruits and they turned out to be oranges!! So exciting!
