DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BARS:
1 package brownie mix of your choice. Follow the instructions on the box and bake.
Once the brownies are baked, take them out of the oven and cover them with a single layer of miniature marshmallows. (This takes about a 3/4 bag)
Put back into the oven and bake for 3 minutes, or until marshmallows are puffed and slightly golden.
Once this is cooled, melt 1 Tablespoon butter in a saucepan. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter and 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Melt until smooth.
Add 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Pour the mixture onto the brownies. Chill and enjoy!
Note: Sometimes I will double the peanut butter mixture for additional sweetness.
