This is testing the fuel pressure in the C/K pickups. Here is a pretty cheap fuel pressure tester that I found on amazon:

As stated in the video, this is unscripted I discovered two fuel system problems (low pressure and pressure leakdown) that need to be addressed. This truck is a 2 mile grocery getter so neither me nor my wife noticed any driveability problems but the gauge doesn't lie. Stay tuned because I'm going to find out the root causes.
