The Heart Chakra is the center of all energy within us. The portal to the spirit, to our spirit. It is the dwelling place of love, compassion, understanding.

This piece will open the Heart Chakra and begin the release of the emotional baggage we all carry within ourselves. It has the power of calling up deep buried emotions, so do not be surprised if tears come to your eyes. The best way to experience this is to close your eyes and be the observer and watch as the negative things that weigh on your Heart, dissipate as they flow from you. Feel the cleansing of your Heart, feel the cool breeze blowing into your Heart, as the clean energy pushes out the stagnate energy that weighs you down. Reviving the center of your being, the Heart Chakra, and then spreading out cleansing the entire mind, body and soul.
