8-Valve 4G64 Not happy - Missing Cyl 2 and 4

I have been working on my 1994 Mitsubishi Mighty Max with an 8 Valve 4G64 for a few moths now trying to resolve a nofire issue on cylinders 2 and 4. I have done everything except replace the ECU. Please watch and any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!
