In this video, we work on my 1986 IrocZ! The car's T5 Transmission gets a fluid change, I install a new Energy Suspension Transmission Mount, replace the accessory belts, and free all of the exhaust manifold bolts in preparation for headers and a new exhaust system.

This information is applicable to the third generation (19821992) Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am/Formula, and Chevrolet Camaro RS/Z28.
