In this video I will take you through the whole process of building the Coastal OffRoad dual swing out rear bumper kit for the 5th Gen 4Runner. This is a big project but it can easily be broken down into smaller increments.

I used a basic 140amp (120v) welder for 85% of the welds and then had a professional reinforce and add welds to the important spots. This gave me peace of mind while allowing me to save a fair amount of money.

2x metal grinding discs
2x 60 grit flap discs
~5lbs of mig wire
Some additional costs for hardware (washers/bolts)

Upol Raptor liner was used to finish the project and all bare metal was first coated in Upol self etching primer.
