Today is the usual day to buy as many vegetables as I like at the direct sales store
The early summer direct sales store was full of colorful and energizing vegetables, and it was a very fun two days!
I hope you enjoy the video.

I'll give you the general recipe.
I've listed what I've made by eye, so when you make it, please prepare it while tasting it.

[Stirfried kale with Katsuobushi (Bonito flakes)]
Appropriate amount kale
Appropriate amount sesame oil
Appropriate amount soy sauce
Appropriate amount Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

[Manganji pepper stuffed with shrimp mochi]
6 Manganji pepper
75g shrimp
100g shiratamako (rice flour for dumpling)
200g silk tofu
A little sesame oil
A little salt

[Corn grilled with butter and soy sauce]
1/2 corn
A little potato starch
10g butter
A little soy sauce

[Mixed rice with shiitake mushrooms and minced chicken and Umeboshi]
2 cups rice
360ml water

*Cook the rice by washing it with water.

250g round chicken
3 Shiitake mushrooms
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
4 green onions
2 pickled plums

[Turnip with shrimp sauce]
1 turnip
A little shrimp
400ml water
3 tsp chicken soup base
A little salt

[Pre pickled rakkyo (Shallot)]
1kg Rakkyo (Shallot)
150g salt
700ml water

*After about 2 weeks, remove the salt overnight and pickle in sweet vinegar. Once soaked in sweet and sour vinegar, it can be eaten within two weeks.

[Mackerel pickled in sour sauce with vegetables]
3 mackerel
1 bunch shallots
2 Myoga (Japanese ginger)
1/3 carrot
2 chili peppers
2 and 1/2 tbsp sugar
150ml vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce

[Double KABU salad]
1 Kabu (turnip)
1 pack Mekabu (Japanese edible seaweed)
A little soy sauce
A little bit Katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

[Grilled rice balls with corn]
1 cups rice
180ml water

*Cook the rice by washing it with water.

1 corn
A little bit Mentsuyu (Japanese Dashi soup base)
Appropriate amount oil

*If you don't have Mentsuyu, you can use the Kakiage bowl sauce. The recipe is introduced in #52, so please take a look if you like.

[Lettuce with pork belly garlic sauce]
8 pieces pork belly
6 pieces lettuce leaves
1 clove garlic
A little olive oil
1 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp soy sauce

[Shiitake mushroom grilled with mayonnaise]
6 shiitake mushroom
2 packs bonito flakes
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp soy sauce

[Lettuce & tomato Somen noodles]
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
4 pieces lettuce
2 servings Somen (Japanese thin noodles)
A little oil
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Mirin
5 tbsp soy sauce
2g Granule Dashi stock
