This is a variant of the Pomodoro timer that accounts for fatigue by decreasing the work intervals each break:
Session 1: 50 mins work
[ 10 min break]
Session 2: 40 mins work
[ 10 min break]
Session 3: 30 mins work
[ 10 min break]
Session 4: 20 mins work
[ 10 min break]
Session 5: 10 mins work
Now, [stop] or [long break + repeat].
That's 2.5hrs of work done in ~3 hours
