Paris's NotreDame Cathedral, ravaged by fire in 2019, is on track to reopen on time on December 8, the head of the reconstruction said Wednesday. The fire at the UNESCOlisted cathedral, which welcomed 12 million visitors a year, shocked the world on April 15, 2019.
