BEANS & RICE
1 pound of pinto beans rinsed
2 pounds of cooked rice
12 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 pound of bacon
1 can of rotel
any of your favorite seasonings
8 cups of water
shredded cheese for topping
krusteaz cornbread

Combine all ingredients (not rice) into crockpot and stir. Make sure water is covering everything almost up to the top of the bowl. There is no need to soak the beans over night if you put enough water and allow to cook all day 810 hours or just on low. You can stir throughout the day or not at all and it will taste delicious. Pair with shredded cheese, rice and cornbread and you are good to go. EASY $5 dinner for your family.
