Triple Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies:
1 box Chocolate Cake Mix (15.25oz)
1 Egg
1 stick melted Butter
2 oz. Semi Sweet Chocolate (1/3 cup of semi sweet Choc. chips), to be melted with the butter.
3/4 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
***Melt butter and 1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips together in the microwave. Make sure to do this in 20 second intervals, stirring in between, to avoid burning the chocolate.  Next, to large bowl, add the butter chocolate mixture,along with cake mix and egg. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to give it a chance to cool. Finally, fold in 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips. Scoop onto cookie sheet and flatten. These cookies do not spread much. Bake at 325 for 10 min. I drizzled mine with melted white chocolate, dyed red, for decoration. Enjoy!
