I walked through the small town of Ginzan Onsen during a heavy snowfall, surrounded by a blanket of snow. I savored a hot drink from a vending machine and strolled past traditional wooden buildings, old inns, and ryokans with warm lantern light.

The peaceful atmosphere was heightened by the snowcovered hot springs and the muffled sounds of the town. The mountainous landscape was outlined in the distance, surrounded by snow and dancing snowflakes.

As I reached the end of my journey, I took one last look at the peaceful winter wonderland before catching the last bus back. The memories of my snowcovered walk through Ginzan Onsen, surrounded by hot springs, old inns and ryokans, would stay with me forever.
