I built this 11x15 off grid log cabin in 2013 and lived in it for 4 years. During that time, I moved the cabin twice. A small off grid solar power system was used. It was a simple, debt free life and a great stepping stone for buying property and building a home. In this video, I give a tour of the cabin and tips for simple, off grid living.

Living in a debt free off grid log cabin may not be for everyone but for some it is a way to live a simpler, stress free life. The off grid solar system was low cost and worked really well. Living in the tiny space took a little getting used to but it was really quite enjoyable!
