*LIKE & SUBSCRIBE* Memphis the Husky dad (who was neutered when this puppy was conceived. A more than million to one shot, hence the singleton puppy Yoda that resulted) finally gets close to his new puppy of 4 weeks of age, and mom Nikkita, while still on guard a bit, is much more accepting of having dad around his puppy, and Memmy is cleaning Yoda's ears and licking him. They do discipline their pups starting at a very young age, especially since he had no littermates, it was their job to take over the role of the missing pups and be parents, rule & protect, and little Yoda has turned out incredibly. Never even play bit me or the kids. NEVER!!! Never had a pup like that. They always bit and I was scared, being alone and all. Sometimes it got really scary to us, but it was very normal after talking to the vet and also reading up online. We humans can't understand it, but they can't speak or use time outs so their ways can look scary, but it's all in love and instinct. You'll see that as these videos go on. Again, it can look scary and you aren't supposed to interrupt it, but I did sometimes when I got super frightened. They never harmed him in any serious way, just like a spanking I guess you could say, although I am not a spanker personally, again they do not talk so this is their way.. just to teach him. They have their family ranking too. Who is the alpha, etc. Memphis always set his place in the family, but the puppy father bonding was super sweet, wish I grabbed the camera sooner, and mom is more willing, as they are after 3 weeks comes, usually, every mo is different. We waited for this at 4+ weeks. This was her only puppy. SUCH a good mommy she still is. See how she has her paw resting over the baby? Soo sweet!
