Imagine the magic of sharing an exciting starter with heartshaped potato skewers, baked and served in individual glasses. Then, dive into a heartshaped caprese salad, where tomato and mozzarella merge in a symphony of freshness and love.
But the surprise doesn't end there. For the main course, I present to you a homemade pink burger, with a beet bun that adds a touch of color and a unique flavor.
And, for dessert, we enter the world of sweets with chocolatedipped strawberries. These strawberries, decorated with originality, are the ideal dessert to seal this unforgettable gastronomic experience.

HEARTSHAPED POTATO KEBCHETS
Ingredients
Potato 2 pc
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Olive oil to taste
Ketchup

CAPRESE SALAD
Ingredients (for 2 salads):
Caprese salad
Tomato 1 pc
Mozzarella 125g
Salt to taste
Oregano to taste
Olive Oil to taste
Balsamic Cream to taste

PINK BURGER BEET BREAD
Ingredients (for 5 Burgers):
The Pink Dough
Baker's Yeast 5 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Warm water 150 g
Cooked beet 130 g
Flour 400 g
Salt 1 tsp
Melted butter 40 g

Egg yolk (to paint Burgers)
Sesame seeds to taste

Hamburger
Minced beef 500 g
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Parsley 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

Stuffed
Avocado 1 pc
Lemon juice + Salt to taste
Brie cheese 100 g
Mustard 2 tbsp
Lettuce 2 large leaves
Tomato (sliced) 1 pc
Sweet onion 1 pc
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp
Tomato jam 5 tbsp

DIPED STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients
Strawberry 6 pc
Strawberry flavor topping 150 g
To decorate I used Walnuts, Grated Coconut, Crushed Cookies, White Icing and 1 Chocolate Heart.
