Marinated Baby Cucumbers
Ingredients:
2 Japanese cucumbers (sliced thinly)
2 Thai bird's eye chilies (finely chopped)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons white rice vinegar
2 plums (pitted and chopped)



Thai mango salad | Kerabu Mangga

Ingredients:
300g green mango (shredded)
1/2pcs carrot (shredded)
Soak 20g dried shrimp in water until soft (slightly rotten)
45 small onions (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
45 chilis (sliced)
20g roasted and fragrant peanuts

Sauce:
2 tbsp limes juice
1 tbsp half white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fish sauce

** Pour all the ingredients together, add the sauce, and mix well **


【Thai style tofu】

Ingredients:
3 pieces tofu (cut into cubes)
cucumber (shredded)
carrots (shredded)
1onion (shredded)
1 red chilli (shredded)
3tbsp corn flour

Sauce:
5 tbsp Thai Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp lime juice/tangerine juice
1 tsp sugar
(Stir all the ingredients evenly)
