Since the pandemic, our courts here in the Northern District of Georgia have been conducting 341 hearings telephonically.

The United States Trustee Program is preparing to implement virtual section 341 meetings of creditors for cases filed under chapter 7, 12, or 13 in the Northern District of Georgia on or after October 2, 2023.

When you receive your hearing notice you will now see passcode for your Zoom meeting and the meeting code.

Make sure you are properly dressed (you don't have to be in a suit but you need to be dressed conservatively).

You also need to be in a quiet place and ALONE on your call (Unless you filed a joint case with your spouse).

Your attorney will also be on the call with you but if you have questions about ANYTHING you need to go over these a few days BEFORE.
