In this video, we were dispatched by Puryear to start the recovery of an overturned bulk tanker on the on ramp of I95. Puryear was enroute from N.C. Upon our arrival SCHP had dispatched the next heavy wrecker on rotation(Bobs). All companies worked together since we were already on scene.
