There are so many benefits to being vegan, but it can be a big change. So in today's video I'm debunking 3 lies you've probably heard about veganism. I hope it's helpful for new vegans, vegetarians, or those curious about a plantbased diet.

The goal of veganism is to reduce harm and live with compassion, from what we put on our plates to how to we treat others. That kindness must also extend to ourselves, and those around us who are making en effort to eat more vegan food and try new plant based meals.

That is how we'll more efficiently achieve the goal of "more people, eating more plants, more often." ☀
