I can't believe how amazingly easy this is to make, no special tools with the exception of a mixer and that is it. The only thing I can add to this fantastic recipe is to be sure you give the ice cream time to freeze completely. After filming this video, I put the ice cream back in the freezer overnight. Checked on it the next day and it was just like store bought ice cream but better! It is so creamy! Honestly I'm amazed why more people don't make this. I won't be buying ice cream no more.
