This 25minute Weight Loss Workout is a HIIT for seniors and beginners that will burn fat, improve your cardiovascular system, and build stamina. This at home work features 4 sets of 2 exercises, each done in 20 second, 30 second, and 40 second intervals. My mom rocks it in a chair and I do standing exercises at an intermediate level. It's about 2000 steps, more or less depending on your pace.

HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training) can be done at any age. HIIT burns more calories than steady state exercise during and after exercising. A study of sedentary women compared 20 minutes of HIIT with 40 minutes of steadystate exercise. The HIIT subjects were the only ones who lost fatprimarily belly fat. Yay!

This workout is for all levels you can exercise in a chair or exercise at an intermediate level standing.
