✨ Welcome to your 25 Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga Flow! This is my standard tried and true style of creative vinyasa sequencing designed to help you find a sense of freedom through feel good movement for the whole body. This class includes the classic postures you'd expect in a vinyasa class including sun salutations, warrior poses and hip openers with a twist! You will also play with some fun transitions and try out exalted crescent and horizon lunges. Since I recorded in front of this beautiful flowering tree I had to include tree pose as well. Enjoy the sounds of the birds too. See you on the mat :)
