WARMUP: 3 minutes
PROGRESSIVE WALK SECTION: (Repeats 8 times)
FLAT ROAD: 60 seconds 3.0 4.0 mph
HILL: 90 seconds 3.0 4.0 mph
Hill starts at 2.0 and goes up 1.0 each hill interval until 10.0
RECOVER: 1 minute
Cooldown at the end!
