This is an engine build for a 1995 24' glass Lyman. The story goes that this just might be the last Lyman built by CBC in Fort Myers, FL. The boat was left in the factory when they closed with no engine installed. A Cleveland Ohio area resident bought the boat and had a 1965 Pacer 185HP 283 Chevy laying around with a 1.5:1 transmission installed. It was put into the boat and put into service for a short time. Sometime between now and then our customer urchased it and wanted it more modern. We suggested using a 305 engine core that we had. We converted it to RH rotation, installed and rebuild a Velvet Drive 1:1 transmission, and installed a 4bbl manifold with a Quadrajet. Once this engine is installed into the boat we'll post a sea trial video and more about the boat.
