蒜蓉蒸元貝

材料
扇貝4隻
蒜頭1個
粉絲1札
芫荽1棵
辣椒仔1隻

處理
1. 粉絲清水浸軟。
2. 用小刀貼住殼邊起出元貝。
3. 元貝、裙邊及肉輕手清水洗乾淨。
4. 元貝殼洗刷乾淨。
5. 蒜頭去皮洗乾淨。
6. 辣椒仔洗乾淨切去頂部去籽切碎。
7. 芫荽洗淨切碎。
8. 蒜頭切碎放碗中。
9. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
10. 蒜蓉內加入調味料
a. 糖少許
b. 鮑魚汁少許
11. 油已燒熱灒油落蒜蓉。
12. 加入少許生粉攪勻蒜蓉。
13. 剪碎粉絲。
14. 元貝殼放好在碟上。
15. 放少量粉絲在殼上。
16. 裙邊及元貝放回在殼內。
17. 蒜蓉及辣椒粒放在元貝上。

烹調
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸5分鐘。
3. 元貝已蒸好。
4. 完成可享用。

Scallops with garlic sauce

Ingredients:
Scallops 4 Nos.
Garlics 1 No.
Vermicelli 1 No.
Coriander 1 No.
Chili 1 No.

Preparation:
1. Vermicelli, soften by soaking in tap water.
2. Use a small knife to take out scallop from shell.
3. Rinse scallops lightly.
4. Shell of scallops, brush it.
5. Garlics, get them peeled. Rinse them.
6. Chili, rinse it. Remove the seeds. Chop well.
7. Coriander, get it rinsed and chopped.
8. Garlics, chop well. Put in a bowl.
9. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
10. Put seasoning in garlics:
a. Sugar little
b. Abalone sauce little
11. Oil has been boiled up, pour on the garlics.
12. Put little tapioca starch on garlics, mix well.
13. Vermicelli, cut well.
14. Shell of scallops, put on plate.
15. Put little vermicelli on the shell.
16. Put scallop on shell.
17. Garlic sauce and chili cubes, put on top of scallops.

Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame.
2. Steam scallops at high flame for 5 minutes.
3. Scallops have been steamed well.
4. Complete. Serve.
