In this video I compare the 2023 Chevy Colorado Trailboss and the Colorado Z71 options, features, and pricing between the two trims. In this generation, the trailboss is a new standalone trim level. The trailboss offers many great benefits of the Silverado lineup such as factory lift, locking rear differential, and 2 speed transfer case however this comes at the price of nicer comfort features such as heated seats, heated steering wheel, auto climate control, and LED lighting. Even though the LT is a lower trim level, it will offer more comfort features than the Trailboss in its fully loaded form. If you like a more basic truck, the Trailboss with convenience II package might be a solid choice but if you want a more equipped daily driver, the Z71 might be your best bet.
