Full Body Strength Progression at Home (Level 2)
This intermediate strength training workout will help you build muscular strength and endurance as we progress in each round. We’ll incorporate compound and unilateral movements and end each round with a highintensity cardio workout. So let’s level up your fitness program!

Circuit: 40 secs Work 20 secs Rest
Duration: 20 minutes

Squat & Press
Squat to Single Leg Kneel
Burn Out: InOut Squat Jump

ROUND 2
Renegade Row
Staggered Pushup
Burn Out: Mountain Climbers

ROUND 3
Wide Squat
Side Lunge with Knee Driver
Burn Out: Side to Side Shuffle

ROUND 4
Spiderman Plank
Side Plank Crunch
Burn Out: Plank Jacks
