20 Minute ACTIVE RECOVERY MOBILITY FLOW | Follow Along

Follow along with me for this active recovery workout consisting of a bodyweight mobility flow routine. You can do this anywhere to improve flexibility and aid recovery on your rest day. This routine uses dynamic stretches to improve flexibility, release tight muscles and improve blood flow to enhance muscle recovery from workouts.

This workout is part of my 30 workout Dumbbell LIFT Series to develop a strong and athletic physique.
