2 cups of Rice Flour (red bag), 2 khob hmoov txuas
5 cups of cold water, 5 khob dej txias
1 tbsp of cooking oil (olive oil), 1 dias rojloj li rab diav noj mov

Portion 2:
1/4 cup of portion 1, 1/4 khob los yog 4 dias (diav noj mov) saum toj
3 cup of cold water, 3 khob dej txias

Chicken Filling:
4 cups grounded chicken, 4 khob nqaij qaib zom los yog tsuav
1 large onion, 1 lub dos loj
1 bunch spring green onion, 1 pob dos ntsuab
2 tsp of salt, 2 diav me ntse
2 tsp of vegie seasoning, 2 diav me hmoov zaub

Peanut Dipping sauce:
1/4 cup of roasted peanuts, 1/4 khob txiv huab xeeb kib
2 red pepper, add more to your liking, 2 lub kua txob liab,
1/4 cup of fish sauce, 1/4 khob los yog 4 diav (diav noj mov) kua ntse
1.5 tsp of cystallized lime or 1/2 fresh large lime juice
1/4 cup of water, 1/4 los yog 4 dias dej txias
1 tbsp of vegie seasoning, 1 dias hmoov zaub

Serve 45 person.
