Camden Properties Trust (CPT REIT) is a REIT that invests in apartment communities mainly in the sunbelt markets. It is today priced at 7% implied cap rate and an estimated 40% discount to its fair value.

W.P Carey (WPC REIT) is a net lease REIT that has a multidecade track record of years of market outperformance. It is a close peer of Realty Income (O REIT) but it is better positioned and more undervalued in our opinion.
