Today I share a review of my 1st month on ADHD medication along with the plan for the next month. I have struggled with ADHD since childhood without medication and finally asked my Dr for help. She prescribed me a generic Concerta (Methylphenidate) 27mg to start, then switched me to Adderall XR 20mg (amphetamine/dextroamphetamine salts).
