Today, we're joined by Russ Scott, managing partner of Ringers Landscaping in Crystal Lake, IL. Russ gives us a walkthrough and tour of this amazing facility, which sits on 8 acres and has a 7,500 sq ft shop bay for all of their equipment needs. This was absolutely one of my favorite lawn care shop tours and landscaping company visits we've done yet!

Russ's team has an amazing culture of excellence that was on full display when we were there. The team was geared up and ready to roll at 6:30, with the morning rollout at 7 a.m. When Russ mentions that the place looks like a ghost town at 7:02 a.m., he isn't kidding.
