One of the final races from the 1980 ASA season. With less then 10 laps to go in this 400 lap grind, leaders Mike Eddy #88 and Mark Martin #2 tangle and are knocked out of the race leaving a surprise winner. Martin started on the pole next to Bob Strait #88 and led the field to green. Other drivers in this race include Dick Trickle #99, Bob Senneker #84, Terry Senneker #37, Ray Young #99, Don Gregory #7, Bob Sensiba #3 and Randy Sweet #5.
