In this episode of Rotter's Garage, this '65 J300 is getting some attention! The truck itself is a pretty solid unit from out west, but is in need of some major repair to make it roadworthy again. One of the cool things about it is somewhere along the line, someone shoved a 300 straight six Ford engine into it! After dragging it out of a garage and trailering it to the shop, the process of returning this thing to the road included all new brakes, lines, and hoses. A new exhaust system. Properly mounting the fuel tank so it wouldn't fall out of the truck or rub on the driveshaft. Working out some wiring gremlins, and a few cosmetic repairs and additions to the body. The thing really ran and drove good after all the repairs were done, just a cool little Jeep Truck!
