For four short years, from 1958 to 1963, a comic called, "Closer Than We Think," appeared in the Sunday newspapers in several cities across the U.S. Each week, this comic would make a prediction about life in the future and would include a fullcolor drawing of what that predicted future might look like.

The topics covered space travel, undersea travel, possible inventions, homelife, and many other daytoday lifestyle aspects that would likely be far different in the future.

Today, we're going to look back at some of these colorful predictions and see how things really turned out!
