Baked Corn; a complete luncheon dish.
2 tablespoons butter
½ tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
2 cups canned corn
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
Pepper

Melt butter, add flour and mix well. Add milk gradually and bring to the boiling point, stirring constantly. Add corn, sugar, salt, pepper and heat. Remove from fire, add well beaten eggs and pour in greased baking dish. bake in moderate oven 25 minutes, or until corn is firm.
