192gb DDR5 at 6000mhz | AM5 Max Tuned | How to run 4 sticks DDR5 at high speed 2DPC

Game Tech Reviews

This video serves as a guide on how to run 2DPC memory configurations (either 128gb or 192gb) at speeds far beyond the official 3600mhz spec. This is considered an overclocking guide for RAM and as such the results shown aren't guaranteed. If you decide to attempt a similar overclock, you are overclocking at your own risk and I am not responsible for any outcome.

The video is based on the original guide 128gb 6000mhz found at this reddit post   / stable_128gb4x32gb_ddr56000_cl30_on_agesa_...

There are several things that need to be followed if you are to achieve similar results in the range of 56006400mhz speeds. Make sure you are using either a 4 DIMM kit or 2 of the same 2 DIMM kit. If using two separate kits they need to be on separate channels (Kit 1 on Channel A and Kit 2 on Channel B). This is done to minimize variability due to memory batches being mismatched which make it harder on the IMC to train.

Here are the BIOS settings:
1) Load EXPO/XMP profile
2) Manually set the memory speed (i.e. 6000mhz) to override the speed set by EXPO/XMP
3) Set VDD, VDDQ, and VDDIO_MEM to 1.35v or 1.4v
4) Adjust the following memory bus termination values:
ProcOdt = 48Ω
ProcCaDs = 30Ω
ProcDqDs = 34.3Ω
DramDqDs = 34Ω
RttNomWr = RZQ/4 (60)
RttNomRd = RZQ/4 (60)
RttWt = RZQ/2 (120)
RttPark = RZQ/5 (48)
RttParkDqs = RZQ/5 (48)
