A 15minute whole rounder routine to keep the little ones working their entire bodies!

Help your kids get fitter and healthier with this fullbody exercise! This routine has strength and endurance, flexibility and agility exercises. It starts with a good stretch, followed by basic exercises to use the major muscles, progressing to more challenging movements that include dynamic compound exercises.
