Yep, I leveled up my Milwaukee M12 12v battery! And this baby kicks backside!
So in this video I show how to replace failed or damage cells in a Milwaukee M12 battery pack. I decided to create this video because my battery would not charge anymore or work in any tools. If you do it right, not only will you have a repaired pack, but possibly more power. I will walk you through the whole process to fix and repair your broken battery. I also explain the difference between 18650 battery cells and how to best select a cell for your application. In this video I replaced the Milwaukee stock Samsung 15m 3.7v with Molicel p28a cells.
