The Avengers are one of the most recognizable superhero teams in the world, but it’s sometimes a bit difficult keeping track of all of its powerful members. Sure, we all know the big ones like Iron Man, Thor and Captain America, but there are dozens upon dozens upon dozens of heroes who have once called themselves members of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. There’s so many, that a few of them are quite easy to forget about! Hey that’s what happens when there’s literally hundreds of heroes fighting evil out there!

But just who exactly are the most powerful Avengers that everyone forgets about? Well it’s a list made up of heroes that deserve more of a spotlight! Nova is a powerful cosmic hero who feels like he’d fit right into a Guardians of the Galaxy movie thanks to the established Nova Corp, but he still hasn’t made an appearance. Although that might change soon given recent rumors! Then you have heroes like The Sentry, who had a whole comic arc about everyone forgetting who he was in order to help protect the entire universe! Add onto that other heroes like Hercules, The Forgotten One and Hyperion and you got yourself a pretty powerful list of forgettable Avengers!
