In this video I show 3 different techniques in the same piece:

How to avoid twists/skew when crocheting in a spiral (rounds) for amigurumi or not
How to joint/unite the colors without create a skew
How to carry yarn in crochet when you crochet in round

This method is useful if you need to crochet inserts on a toy.
