I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to meet up with my good friend Mark Wiens for an unparalleled 3day food adventure! Come with us as we eat our way through Phoenix, Arizona for 72 hours! On our first day together, we kicked off our adventure with a full day of Indian food! We started The Dhaba Restaurant & Market Place. There, we had pani puri, dahi puri, chicken seekh kebabs, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken karahi, malai kofra, and chicken biryani!
