It’s hard to get by at work without using some sort of project management shared spreadsheet with colleagues (be it Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets). In this video I go through 10 Best Practices for Shared Spreadsheets and I share concrete examples so you can follow along!

I first go through tips and tricks you can adopt within tabs (for example hyperlinking to specific tab URLs for calltoaction) and then go through how best to structure the overall spreadsheet (e.g. having empty tabs to visually separate different sections of the spreadsheet)

So whether you use Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel at work or for school, these tips (such as using data validation and conditional formatting) will all be applicable and will also hopefully increase your productivity!
