চাষ করে লক্ষ টাকা ইনকাম করছেন বারোমাসি কাঁঠাল চাষীরা । কি অবাক হচ্ছেন অবাক হওয়ার কারণ কোন কারণ নেই বর্তমানে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের প্রায় ৬০০ জন এইভাবে কাঁঠাল চাষ করে হয়েছে স্বাবলম্বী |
এইরকম ভাবেই thai jackfruit  চাষ করিয়ে প্রচুর ফার্মার কে স্বাবলম্বী তৈরি করছেন বাঁকুড়ার এক নার্সারির মালিক। 

আজকে আমরা তার কাছ থেকে কাঁঠাল চাষ সম্পর্কে বিভিন্ন তথ্য জেনে নিয়েছি। 
এই নাসর্রির মালিক আজকে আমাদের জানিয়েছেন যে কাঁঠাল চাষ মূলত শুরু কাঁঠাল চাষ করলে মূলত ফলন পাওয়া যায় শ্রাবণ মাসের পর  থেকে চৈত্র মাস অবধি গাছে ফুল আসে এবং আপ টু বৈশাখ মাস অব্দি কাঁঠালের ফলন হয়। 


মূলত ৩২° পরে কাঁঠালের ফলন হওয়ার পরিমাণটা একটু কমে যায় তখন আপনারা এটাও দেখবেন যে মূলত একটা গাছ থেকে ৩০ থেকে ৪০ কেজি কাঁঠাল পাওয়া যায় এবং যখন মোটামুটি বাজার দর ১০০ টাকা পার কিলো থাকে। একজন চাষী কে যখন হিসাব দেয়া হয় তখন এটাই বলা হয় যে মূলত এক একর জমির থেকে একজন চাষী এক বছরে ৩ লক্ষ টাকা রোজগার করতে পারবে। এবং শ্রাবণ থেকে চৈত্র মাসের মধ্যে পুরো মার্কেটের আপ ডাউন সহ সহজে তিন লক্ষ টাকা ইনকাম করা সম্ভব।
আবার এমনও কিছু কিছু জায়গা আছে যেখানে কিন্তু প্রতি করে ৮ থেকে ১০ লক্ষ টাকাও রোজগার হচ্ছে

 Basically after 32° the yield of jackfruit decreases a little then you will also see that basically 30 to 40 kg of jackfruit is available from one tree and when the market price is around 100 taka per kg.

 When an account is given to a farmer it is said that basically from one acre of land a farmer can earn 3 lakh rupees in a year.  And between Shravan and Chaitra months, it is possible to earn three lakh rupees easily with the up and down of the entire market.
