I will have an overview of the different products for waterproofing, french drains, and exterior insulation we will use as well as some of the reasoning for choosing what we did. I see these look ahead videos as information I wish I knew when I started and hope you find them useful.

Waterproofing
Concrete is porous and likes to absorb water, hence it is important to waterproof a basement foundation to prevent humidity from sipping in. Water/humidity can lead to mold and other undesirable consequences.
Our initial intent was to use PolyWall's full below grade waterproofing system, that includes:
Blue Barrier Joint Filler 2000
PolyWall Home Stretch Liquid Waterproofing.
Arroyo Drain
Why we didn't use the full PolyWall system but instead chose GCP Bituthene 4000 rated for below grade as it is thicker than its brother counterparts.

Clean the surface
Apply Blue Barrier Joint Filler 2200: Fill gaps up to an inch big, it's mostly up to your discretion
Apply Home Stretch Liquid Waterproofing, either by rolling or spraying, you need 3 coats and takes one day for each to cure.
Apply Arroyo drain
