That depends on what you ask the seller. You and the seller have to be vocal and make sure you can comfortable with what he or she has given to you.

They don’t fold or work properly?

Well did you get the passenger switch with the driver side don’t skip on that one

My car doesn’t do anything even when I added them?

If the car is a PPV (Police Pursuit Veihicle) or an LS model it won’t work from I have gathered sorry :(
