马上又到一年一度的圣诞季了2020这一年过去得格外快所以今年圣诞我格外地想要一些“仪式感”做了鼎鼎大名的惠灵顿牛排。大家听到这道菜是不是觉得肯定很难其实它是一道英国菜啊做起来真不难只是食材看起来比较豪华可以类比为西餐里的佛跳墙吧~

★酥皮Puff pastry dough

中筋面粉175g175g purpose flour

水95ml95ml water

盐1/2小勺1/2 tsp salt

黄油85g85g butter


★惠灵顿牛排4人份Wellington steak(4 servings)

酥皮300g300g puff pastry dough

菲力牛排500g长条状500g beef tenderloin

口蘑250g250g tricholoma

干牛肝菌10g10g dried boletus mushroom

第戎黄芥末1大勺1 tbsp Dijon Mustard

红葱头50g50g shallots

松子仁25g25g pine nuts

蓝纹芝士10g10g blue cheese

意大利帕玛尔火腿40g40g prosciutto

蒜头2瓣2 cloves garlic

鸡蛋一个1 egg

百里香thyme

黄油1大勺1 tbsp butter

盐salt

黑胡椒black pepper
