Yowana Wamala is the founder and CEO of Supwell, helping runners chase their goals.
Yowana is a wellness enthusiast, vegan athlete and running shoe hobbyist. A former gym rat, he fell in love with running in 2020 when there was a nationwide shortage of public ironpumping facilities due to COVID19. Since, he has trained for and raced in everything from the 5k to the marathon—on asphalt and muddy singletrack. He founded Supwell in 2022 to spread his enthusiasm for wellnessled performance and competitive distance running to others.
Yowana lives in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC with his wife and two young kids. A proud Groton zebra, he has a BA from Columbia University and is completing his MBA at Duke University.
