To eat is to live. Delicious dishes make you all happy and smile. I'm a mother of 2 kids who live in Japan. My mother was a good cook and also a ceramic artist. Thanks to her I love cooking, too. I graduated and got a Diploma of Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris. I have been teaching cakes, several years ago.
I'd like to introduce Japanese daily home cooking, on this channel. As you know there are 4 seasons in Japan. Through out the year, I enjoy using all kind of seasonal ingredients in my dishes and I also enjoy the seasonal traditional events too. These enriches my life.
